Thank you for choosing Avessis LLC for your authentic Moroccan rugs. We are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and at no extra cost.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States only, including all 50 states. At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands).
Shipping Cost
All orders ship FREE within the United States. There is no minimum order value — the price you see at checkout is the final price. No hidden fees, no surprises.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Each rug is carefully inspected, cleaned, and packaged before being shipped from our U.S. warehouse.
You will receive:
- Order confirmation email — sent immediately after purchase.
- Shipping confirmation email with tracking — sent once your order is on its way.
Delivery Time
Once shipped, your order will typically arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on your location.
Region Estimated Delivery Time
East Coast 3–5 business days
Midwest 4–5 business days
West Coast 3–5 business days
Shipping Carriers
We ship via trusted U.S. carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. The carrier is selected based on your location and package size to ensure the safest and fastest delivery.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package in real time. If you do not receive tracking information within 4 business days of placing your order, please contact us at contact@avessis.com.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at contact@avessis.com. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to modify the shipping address.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Every order is fully insured during transit.
- Damaged items: If your rug arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and the product. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
- Lost packages: If your tracking shows no updates for more than 7 business days, please reach out. We will open a claim with the carrier and resolve the issue promptly.
- Stolen packages: Once the carrier confirms delivery to the provided address, we are unable to take responsibility for stolen packages. We recommend shipping to a secure location or requesting signature confirmation.
Signature on Delivery
Orders over $500 may require a signature upon delivery to ensure safe receipt of your rug.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to collect from the carrier, the customer is responsible for any re-shipment costs.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, the order enters processing and cannot be changed.
