These Billing Terms & Conditions ("Billing Terms") govern all purchases made through the Avessis LLC website. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Billing Terms in addition to our general Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy.

2. Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and do not include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applied to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete checkout.
In the event of an obvious pricing error (e.g., a product displayed at a fraction of its intended price due to a technical issue or typographical error), we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, even if the order has already been confirmed.
3. Sales Tax
Sales tax is automatically calculated and applied at checkout based on your shipping address, in accordance with U.S. federal, state, and local tax laws. The final tax amount will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
4. Billing & Charges
When you place an order with Avessis LLC:
- Your payment method will be charged in full at the time of purchase, unless you have selected a "Buy Now, Pay Later" option (such as Klarna, Afterpay, or Shop Pay Installments), in which case the terms of that service will apply.
- The charge will appear on your credit card, debit card, or bank statement as "AVESSIS LLC" or a similar descriptor.
- You are responsible for ensuring that the billing information provided at checkout is accurate, complete, and current.
- By submitting your payment information, you authorize Avessis LLC (or its payment processor) to charge the full amount of your order, including any applicable taxes and fees, to the payment method you have provided.
5. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
- Digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal)
- Buy Now, Pay Later services (Shop Pay Installments, Klarna, Afterpay)
All payments are processed through secure, PCI DSS-compliant payment gateways. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
6. Order Confirmation
After successfully placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order number, items purchased, total amount charged, and estimated shipping timeline.
Please note that an order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Avessis LLC reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at its sole discretion, including (but not limited to) cases of:
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized card use
- Pricing or description errors
- Product unavailability
- Violations of our Terms of Service
- Failure to pass our fraud prevention checks
If your order is canceled by us, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
7. Currency Conversion
All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD). If you are using a credit card or bank account in a different currency, your bank or card issuer may apply a currency conversion rate and/or foreign transaction fee. These fees are set by your bank and are not controlled by Avessis LLC.
8. Declined Transactions
If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed. Common reasons for a declined transaction include:
- Insufficient funds
- Incorrect billing information
- Card expiration
- Bank security holds or fraud detection
- Address Verification System (AVS) mismatch
If your payment is declined, please contact your bank or card issuer for details. You are welcome to try again with a different payment method.
9. Authorization Holds
When you place an order, your card issuer may place a temporary authorization hold for the amount of your purchase. This is a standard banking procedure and is not a charge. If your order is canceled or modified, the authorization hold will automatically be released by your bank, typically within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank's policies.
10. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you notice an unauthorized charge or have a concern about a transaction, please contact us first atcontact@avessis.com before filing a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving any issue promptly and fairly.
Filing a fraudulent or unjustified chargeback after receiving your order is considered a breach of these Billing Terms. In such cases, we reserve the right to:
- Provide our payment processor with full documentation and evidence (including tracking numbers, delivery confirmations, and communication records) to dispute the chargeback
- Pursue recovery of the funds and any associated fees
- Refuse future orders from the customer
- Report fraudulent activity to the appropriate authorities
11. Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refunded amount to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

12. Promotional Codes and Discounts
Promotional codes, discount codes, and coupons are subject to the following conditions:
- They must be applied at the time of purchase; they cannot be retroactively applied to completed orders.
- Only one promo code may be used per order unless otherwise specified.
- Promo codes cannot be combined with other offers or store credit unless explicitly stated.
- Promo codes have no cash value and are non-transferable.
- We reserve the right to cancel, modify, or terminate any promotional offer at any time without notice.
- Promo codes cannot be applied to gift cards, shipping fees, or taxes.
13. Gift Cards (if applicable)
Gift cards issued by Avessis LLC are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash (except where required by law). Gift cards do not expire. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
14. Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) Services
If you choose to pay using a Buy Now, Pay Later service (such as Klarna, Afterpay, or Shop Pay Installments), you enter into a separate financing agreement with that third-party provider. Avessis LLC is not responsible for the terms, interest, late fees, or any disputes related to your BNPL agreement. Please review the terms of the BNPL provider carefully before using their service.
15. Billing Information Security
We use industry-standard SSL encryption and PCI DSS-compliant payment processing to ensure that all billing information is transmitted securely. Avessis LLC does not have access to, nor do we store, your full card number or security code. For more details, please see our Secure Payment and Privacy Policy pages.
16. Errors and Corrections
We make every effort to ensure that the information on our website — including pricing, product descriptions, and billing details — is accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time, and to modify or update information without prior notice.
If an error results in you being charged an incorrect amount, we will:
- Notify you of the error as soon as possible
- Offer you the option to confirm the order at the corrected price or cancel the order for a full refund
17. Billing Disputes
If you believe you have been incorrectly billed, please notify us in writing at contact@avessis.com within 30 days of the billing date. Please include:
- Your order number
- The billing date and amount
- A description of the issue
We will investigate and respond within 10 business days. Failure to notify us within 30 days may limit your ability to dispute the charge.
18. Subscription and Recurring Charges
Currently, Avessis LLC does not offer subscription services or recurring charges. All purchases are one-time transactions. If this changes in the future, customers will be clearly notified and must provide explicit consent before any recurring billing is enabled.
19. International Customers
All orders are currently fulfilled within the United States only. We do not accept international billing addresses or ship internationally at this time.
20. Changes to These Billing Terms
Avessis LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Billing Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to our website. It is your responsibility to review these Billing Terms periodically. Your continued use of our website and services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
21. Governing Law
These Billing Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these Billing Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
